kl. 12.30 - 14.00 Front Split

Alignment based flexibility workshop with focus on front split. This workshop has its emphasis on working on or towards our front split from an alignment based perspectiv. The workshop starts with a full body warm up to prepared the mucles to be stretched. We will be working on relaxing the psoas, opening the hips and hamstring. We will be working on stacking the bones to create correct body alignment and from here encreasing our flexability. All levels

 

kl. 14.15 - 15.45 Female Power Flow 101

Embrace your femininity and work on feminine movement patters on the floor as well as standing.

This workshop is Amanda Maag’s signature workshop. Through a serie of little sequences taugth, you will learn to create your own expression tthrough a free dance of your own interpretation. This is part 1 of a series of 3 workshops, you can both take all 3 or just one of them. It's recommended to wear leggings, legvarmers and/or knee pads. High heel shoes are optional and the workshops can also be done in socks.

Alignment based flexibility workshop with focus on back bending.This workshop has its emphasis on working on or encreasing your back flexibility from an alignment based perspectiv. The workshop starts with a full body warm up to prepared the mucles to be stretched. We will be working on relaxing the psoas, opening the hips, the schoulders and the chest. We will be working on stacking the bones and elongating the spine to create correct body alignment and space from here to encreasing our backbends. All levels

PILATES FLEX

TIRSDAGE kl. 18.30 - 20.00

(4/9, 11/9, 18/9, 25/9, 2/10, 9/10, 23/10 and 30/10)

 

Pilates Flex is a combination of classic pilates mat exercises, streching and mobility techniques. We will be working on strengthening and stretching the muscles to create a lean flexible and strong body. We will build the core strength. We will also be working on grounding, breathing technique and release exercises.
